Secure Ordering
All Stop Sweat Fix website pages are hosted on a secure server. When you submit personal information on this site, it is protected with industry-standard encryption. When you place an order, your payment details are sent directly to Stripe and payment is processed on their secure payment gateway. This site has no access to your payment information and any refunds are processed via Stripe.
While on a secure page, such as our order form which is hosted in a secure data facility, the lock icon of your web browser becomes locked. This indicates that the connection between your web browser and our web server is secure. While on a secure page, the ‘http’ on your browser changes to ‘https’.
When you submit sensitive information (such as credit card number), that information is encrypted and transmitted with encryption software which meets or exceeds industry standards.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped daily via Australia Post. Expected delivery times are 2-6 working days for domestic Australian orders. International orders can take from 12-20 days.
Please ensure that the correct shipping address is provided when placing your order. Stop Sweat Fix is not responsible for any delays, lost parcels, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
For international orders, please regularly check the tracking information provided. If delivery is attempted and unsuccessful, the parcel will be taken to the nearest local post office for collection. Most international locations hold parcels for up to 1 month. If the parcel is not collected within this timeframe, it will be returned to the sender.
If an international parcel needs to be re-shipped due to non-collection or return to sender, additional shipping charges will apply.

If you opted to register with us, you established a password for your account, in which case your online account information will be protected by your password. We suggest that you do not share disclose your password to anyone. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account and password and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account and password. We suggest creating challenging passwords such as those with alphanumeric combinations.
Return Policy
STOP SWEAT FIX carries a 30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please return the item in its original packaging to us no later than 30 days from the purchase date with your receipt.

You must supply your full name, postal address, receipt of purchase, and details of why you request a refund.
If you purchased your item from a participating pharmacy or distributor, please return it to STOP SWEAT FIX directly.
No refund can be issued without the goods being returned directly to us in its original packaging. If your order received free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
